(also known as High Rise) is a made-for-TV movie, written and directed by John Carpenter and starring Lauren Hutton and Adrienne Barbeau. The film was made in 1978, and pre-production began on Halloween of that same year. The film was produced by Warner Brothers and aired on NBC on November 29, 1978. A woman realizes that she is being watched in her apartment by someone. That person makes threatening calls to her. She reports it to the police, who don't take her seriously, so she decides to take action on her own.
